Hi there - I understand react-native in general is moving to "Expo first", but our documentation still supports people running in a non-Expo manner

Most of the docs have an Expo and non-Expo install / config section for that reason - but this just takes over all of the install and makes it 100% Expo, which doesn't really fit

I'd love to see an Expo-specific install section for firestore here but it'll need to be either in it's own section, or as a mention in this section that Expo does it this way, non-Expo does it that way...
